These students were recognized today for showing the character pillar of Empathy every day at Alachua Elementary. They take the time to listen to others, show kindness, and think about how their actions make people feel. We are so proud of the way they care for their classmates and help create a welcoming school for everyone. 🌟

Yesterday, we were honored to welcome Mike Peterson, Alachua Elementary alumni, back to AES!
Through his foundation, Mr. Peterson generously donated items to support AES families this holiday season. During his visit, he also took a special trip down memory lane—spending time in our cafeteria and visiting the media center where his AES journey began.
Thank you, Mr. Peterson, for giving back and for reminding our students that AES roots last a lifetime. 🐊✨
