Get ready to set sail for National Talk Like a Pirate Day! 🦜☠️

📣 THIS IS A COMPLETELY VOLUNTARY CELEBRATION! 📣

Students who would like to participate may dress up in pirate costumes for this fun, once-a-year celebration! And remember, dressing like a pirate requires no store bought items! 🏴‍☠️

Have fun creating a pirate look with things you already have around the house! There are LOTS of options:
🧣 Bandana
👂 Earring
🎗️ Sash
👖 Capri-length pants
👁️ Eye patch
🥾 Boots
🦜 During Media classes, ALL students will be making a parrot to ride on their shoulders! We can't wait to see our school full of colorful pirate parrots!🦜

☠️ PLEASE LEAVE THE WEAPONS AT HOME! ☠️
Pirate costumes should be fun and school-appropriate, so please do not send toy swords, guns, knives, or other weapons to school.
