Senior Debt List Update:
All seniors on the debt list will receive an email on Monday, May 25th for the item(s) that are owed. THIS INCLUDES PARKING TICKETS! You MUST have all debt cleared to participate in the picnic, receive your cap & gown and walk for graduation.
Senior Textbook Return
Friday, May 22nd at the end of B lunch (12:48p) will be the last time that seniors can drop off textbooks. If you still have any books out after this time, you will be placed on the debt list. At that point, you may return the books or bring in the money to pay for them on Wednesday, May 27th with your appointment on Signup Genius to get your cap and gown.
Senior Breakfast, Video and Picnic:
You MUST have cleared your debt and completed your credits for graduation to be allowed to go on the Picnic. Even if you have already turned in your permission slip, debt and credits will be checked. You may still participate in the breakfast even if you are not yet cleared.
Please check-in to your first period before going to the breakfast. After the breakfast, you will go to the auditorium for the video and final senior announcements. Then, we will board the charter buses to Camp Montgomery. You should bring a swimsuit, towel and sunscreen to the
picnic
. You MAY NOT bring any liquids. We will have water. We will return to school before the school buses leave.
Cap & Gown Distribution:
Seniors will need to sign up on the below Signup Genius link for a time to come to Buchholz and pick up your cap and gown. Pick-up will be from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on Wednesday, May 27th. If you are still on the debt list, you will also need to either bring the money (cash or a money order made out to Buchholz High School) or item(s) owed to clear your name before your cap and gown will be released to you.

Graduation Rehearsal: PARK AT FLAVET FIELD!! UFPD WILL BE TICKETING in the O’Connell Center Parking Lot
Graduation Rehearsal is on Friday, May 29th from 7:45am to 9:30am at the O’Connell Center. Students will enter the O’Connell Center through Gate 3. Students should arrive by 7:45am so that we can start punctually at 8:00am.
Graduation: YOU MAY PARK AT THE O’CONNELL CENTER
Graduation is on Friday, May 29th at 7:00pm. Seniors MUST arrive at 5:30pm and enter through Gate 4. They can park both in the parking garage and on the paved parking.
Guests will enter through Gate 1. Doors will also open for guests at 5:30pm. Tickets are not necessary. The ceremony is open to all family and friends
At the end of the ceremony, students will exit through Gate 4. They should meet their guests where the guests are parked.
All graduation requirements must be met in order to walk.

How to look your best at Graduation (Dress Code):
DO’s Long dress pants (preferably dark colored) & Belt Button-down dress shirt & Tie Dark socks & Dark shoes
Dress skirt/pants & blouse Dress (shorter than the grad gown) Dress shoes (Not the first time with high heels!) | DON’T’s Shorts, jeans, brightly printed pants or pajama pants T-shirts or Polo shirts (collars tend to curl up) Sandals (crocs, flip-flops, Birkenstocks, etc.) or Tennis shoes Clothes with rips, tears or holes in them
Do NOT bring bags/purses.

PLEASE: Pin keys into your gown. Caps should be worn parallel to the floor with the tassel beginning on the right side of the cap. A program will be at your seat, you will not need to carry it with you. | |
