Almost immediately after notifying families and staff about the worldwide Canvas data breach, we were notified that Alachua County Public Schools was NOT affected by the breach.
Families should be on the lookout for a personalized letter (US Mail) from Alachua County Public Schools with important information on school zone lines for 2026-27.

Students tackled the real-world challenge of reducing distracted teen driving presenting creative ideas, action plans, and incentives to promote safer habits behind the wheel. Our winning team impressed judges with innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to making a difference.
Huge thank you to our 3DE family, teachers, students, judges, and volunteers for continuing to create meaningful opportunities for our students to lead and grow.

This is a great chance to get ahead for the upcoming school year—especially with the new Florida state requirement that all incoming freshmen and students new to high school athletics must have an EKG as part of their physical.
