Our 5th Grade Safety Patrol students spent five amazing days in Washington, DC! They had the opportunity to take in the sights, explore historic landmarks, and create memories that will last a lifetime. We are celebrating our amazing 5th graders as they crossed the stage and officially became Meadowbrook graduates. We are so proud of all they have accomplished during their elementary school years and can't wait to see the incredible things they do next. From handmade goods to helpful services, our first graders turned their classroom into a Farmers Market!! After learning about goods and services in ELA, students created their own companies & designed products and services! We loved seeing their creativity, teamwork, and big smiles as they “sold” to all of their shoppers!🛍️

From the first note to the final dance move, our students shined during their performance of Harmony High! From rainforests to deserts, Mrs. Compton’s 3rd graders brought animal habitats to life! 🦁🌎These students designed incredible habitat projects while also researching all about their chosen animals. What a fun way to wrap up their animal habitat unit with hands-on learning and imagination! 🐢📚✨

This past weekend some of our 4th and 5th graders competed in the Superintendent's Math Challenge!! They did absolutely amazing & were crowned the Bracket B Champions and Bracket D Runner Ups! We are so proud of them and all their hard work this year!🥳🥳

One last recess, right where it all began🩵🩵 This week we welcomed back our Class of 2026 seniors to Meadowbrook Elementary School for a special walk down memory lane! From reconnecting with former classmates and teachers to enjoying one final recess on the playground, it was a full-circle moment we won’t forget. We are so proud of all they’ve accomplished since their elementary school days and can’t wait to see where life takes them next. Once a Manatee, always a Manatee! 🎓✨

These 4th graders took on the challenge of diving into Kindergarten state standards, selecting one to focus on, and bringing it to life by designing their own educational games! The twist? Each game had to incorporate magnets in a creative way. Learning, creativity, and a little magnetic magic all in one!!✨
