Our 5th Grade Safety Patrol students spent five amazing days in Washington, DC! They had the opportunity to take in the sights, explore historic landmarks, and create memories that will last a lifetime. They packed so much into their adventure and had the best time together along the way! Take a look at just a few of the incredible sights they got to experience!

We are wishing our incredible 3rd grade teacher, Mrs. Turner, a wonderful retirement! We are so grateful for all she has done as an educator and we will all miss her so much!🩵🩵

We are celebrating our amazing 5th graders as they crossed the stage and officially became Meadowbrook graduates. We are so proud of all they have accomplished during their elementary school years and can't wait to see the incredible things they do next. Our 5th graders had a blast competing in yesterday's field day!! There were so many laughs, memories, and moments of teamwork as they make the most of their final days at Meadowbrook! 🏅🎉

From handmade goods to helpful services, our first graders turned their classroom into a Farmers Market!! After learning about goods and services in ELA, students created their own companies & designed products and services! We loved seeing their creativity, teamwork, and big smiles as they “sold” to all of their shoppers!🛍️

From the first note to the final dance move, our students shined during their performance of Harmony High! Their hard work, confidence, and energy lit up the stage, and we couldn’t be more proud of them!🩵 A huge thank you to Mrs. Malo and Mr. Cobb for the time, talent, and dedication they poured into helping make this amazing show happen!🎶✨

J is for Jersey Day! 🏈⚽️🏀 Our students and staff showed off their team spirit today, and our teachers wore custom Meadowbrook jerseys! With today marking the 10th-to-last day of school, we officially have just 9 days left until summer break! ☀️🎉

It's National Speech Pathologist Day and we are celebrating Mrs. Richardson and Mrs. DePaz! Meadowbrook is so lucky to have two wonderful SLPs helping our students succeed!🩵📓

From rainforests to deserts, Mrs. Compton’s 3rd graders brought animal habitats to life! 🦁🌎These students designed incredible habitat projects while also researching all about their chosen animals. What a fun way to wrap up their animal habitat unit with hands-on learning and imagination! 🐢📚✨

This past weekend some of our 4th and 5th graders competed in the Superintendent's Math Challenge!! They did absolutely amazing & were crowned the Bracket B Champions and Bracket D Runner Ups! We are so proud of them and all their hard work this year!🥳🥳

Last week, our awesome kindergarteners performed on the big stage for their End of Year Kindergarten Play! They did amazing & we are so proud of them!🎶🎶

After entering the 2026 Peace Poetry Contest, our incredible 4th grader Olivia was selected as a winner! Her message of peace is inspiring and we were so happy to celebrate this accomplishment today at the Annual Peace Poetry Reading! Way to go, Olivia🎉📝🤍

One last recess, right where it all began🩵🩵 This week we welcomed back our Class of 2026 seniors to Meadowbrook Elementary School for a special walk down memory lane! From reconnecting with former classmates and teachers to enjoying one final recess on the playground, it was a full-circle moment we won’t forget. We are so proud of all they’ve accomplished since their elementary school days and can’t wait to see where life takes them next. Once a Manatee, always a Manatee! 🎓✨

Future Manatees made it official yesterday at Kindergarten Kickoff! Our newest students had the chance to “sign” at Meadowbrook as they get ready to start their kindergarten journey next year.🩵🩵 We loved welcoming the Class of 2039 to the Meadowbrook family! 🎉

#Hacked. Kindergarten Kickoff is soon so we wanted to share what we love most about being Meadowbrook Kindergarteners!

These 4th graders took on the challenge of diving into Kindergarten state standards, selecting one to focus on, and bringing it to life by designing their own educational games! The twist? Each game had to incorporate magnets in a creative way. Learning, creativity, and a little magnetic magic all in one!!✨

Learning is sweet in 2nd grade!🍦 These students explored the states of matter by creating (and enjoying!) an ice cream float! They are discovering solids, liquids, and gases in action!!
