Norton Knights are taking learning to the next level! Students in Ms. Bartnick’s (3rd), Ms. Rhodes’ (K), and Ms. Ericson’s (5th) classes are diving into student teaming. WIN (What I Need)Time is underway and already a success among students! Fifth graders in Mrs. Hudson's WIN group are participating in peer led book clubs and get to choose from a variety of chapter books.
Friday Fun! Ms. Cecere's class enjoyed the sunshine with a picnic lunch bunch while Ms. Rucker's Kindergarten drew sidewalk chalk butterfly predictions based on their Science lesson.
Graduation rates for the seven ACPS high schools rose in 2025, from 92.7% to 93.9%. All seven schools posted rates above 90%.

Norton Elementary provides all students access to Hazel Health’s online therapy program at no cost to families.
Through Hazel Health, students are matched with licensed therapists who specialize in child and teen development. Sessions are free, online, and convenient—families pay $0 out of pocket.
How to Request Therapy for Your Child:
Create an account (or log in) at https://my.hazel.co/patient/signup and click “Request Online Therapy.”
Select your child (add them if not listed).
Complete the consent form and answer the short pre-screening questions.
Choose your preferred language, describe the reason for therapy, and enter your contact information.
Schedule a quick 10-minute enrollment call with Hazel’s team.
After the call, Hazel Health will guide you through scheduling your child’s first therapy appointment.
