The National Technical Honor Society collected over 1,400 gently used shoes that will now be sent to micro-entrepreneurs around the world. Thank you to all the teachers, families, and students who helped make this a success.

IGAD's Art Exhibition and Loften's Awards Night are both on Friday, May 22. The Art Exhibition reception and show are from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the IGAD Building. The Awards Ceremony will be in the MPR at 6:00 pm. We look forward to seeing you!

Our SGA never stops! This weekend, they went above and beyond by volunteering their time to fundraise by working concessions at the highly-anticipated Morgan Wallen concert, where they got to see the country music star perform live while also giving back to their community. We're so proud of their dedication and enthusiasm! 💪🎉

We have a packed schedule on Wednesday, May 20, 2026! Along with Biology and U.S. History EOC testing, we'll have a LifeSouth blood drive on campus and Kona Ice during lunch. The highlight of the day? Ms. Christian stepping up to take a pie in the face for Interact Club's Pie-A-Teacher fundraiser.

Dr. Essary's AP Calculus class had the opportunity to explore modeling functions in 3D using Desmos and Autodesk Fusion, which helped them visualize the volumes of revolution they have been calculating. A big thank you goes out to Mr. Goddard and the Robotics Academy for lending us their space.🦅💻🤖😀

Kudos to Blayne, Jakob, and Jackson, who have unlocked the door to greatness by qualifying for the FBLA National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, TX, this summer!

Our eagles spent sometime this weekend preparing for their upcoming AP tests by attending AP Review sessions with Dr. Essary, who provided them with ample guidance and support. To help fuel their minds and bodies for the big day, Dr. E. also hosted a delicious Good Luck Breakfast before the AP Calc Test this morning, complete with a spread of tasty treats and refreshing drinks to give them an extra boost of energy and motivation.

We extend our gratitude to The Education Foundation of Alachua County for acknowledging the achievements of several of our students through the Take Stock in Children program, which offers valuable mentorship and a 2-year college scholarship. We appreciate their steadfast commitment to fostering the academic excellence of our students.

Ms. Maine's World History students experienced a simulation comparing the differences between artisan work and factory work in the context of the Industrial Revolution.

Student Government had their elections for next year. Students had to give a speech about why they are qualified for the position and then we voted!
