Our Talbot Tigers had a blast closing out Literacy Week! First grade loved joining in on our school-wide "Drop Everything and Read" activity. Students showed off their creativity on "Dress as a Word" day. And our Pre-K friends enjoyed cozy snow day activities. So many smiles, stories and special moments were shared as we celebrated a love of reading and 100 days of growth.

Please join us in celebrating literacy next week with Read, White and Blue: Celebrating 250 Chapters of America! We are looking forward to a week that celebrates reading, writing, and our nation's history through literacy experiences across our community. Additionally, PTA will have the Scholastic Book Fair set-up for students to shop next week.
