At the ACPS Back-to-School Kickoff, we celebrated the incredible accomplishments of the 2025–2026 school year while looking ahead to all the opportunities waiting for our students this year.

One of our favorite moments was seeing Westwood Engineering Department present Superintendent Dr. Patton with a custom 3D-printed “ACPS Leaders Matter” plaque. It’s a great reminder of what happens when creativity and learning come together.

The Free & Reduced Meal Application is now open for the 2026–2027 school year.

Please note that Westwood Middle School is not designated as a Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) school this school year. This means that breakfast and lunch will not be automatically provided at no cost to all students.

Families who qualify based on household income must complete a Free & Reduced Meal Application for their child(ren) to receive free or reduced-price meals.
