KMS Band students performed for Solo and Ensemble competition this past weekend. They have been preparing for this for months. All the hard work paid off. 242 participants: 232 of those ranked Superior with 119 of those with Straight A performance in all areas. 9 were ranked Excellent. We are so proud of our Coyote Pack.

Congratulations to our 7th grade!! They won our 2nd nine weeks attendance wars among the grade levels. The entire 7th grade will enjoy a Sonic slushy. They ended the 9 weeks with 92.64% in attendance. 6th grade was right behind them with a finish of 92.62% and 8th grade at 92.30%. We are on to the 3rd nine weeks with 6th grade in the lead after 8 days with 94.46%. Who will be the next class winner??

Graduation rates for the seven ACPS high schools rose in 2025, from 92.7% to 93.9%. All seven schools posted rates above 90%.
