Dear Families,

As you may be aware, temperatures will be very low Monday morning, especially with the expected wind chill. The district will be sending messages to families on Friday and again Sunday afternoon asking that students dress warmly, particularly if they will be waiting at a bus stop or walking to school.

We appreciate your help in ensuring your child comes to school dressed appropriately for the cold weather.

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,
Mrs. Rolle

Thank You to Our Literacy Week Volunteers!

This week, as part of our Literacy Week celebrations, we were thrilled to welcome a group of wonderful volunteers into our classrooms to read with our students. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and love of reading helped bring stories to life and made this week extra special for our learners.

Our students truly enjoyed listening to new stories and sharing the joy of reading with members of our wider community. Experiences like these help foster a lifelong love of literacy and show our students how much their community supports their learning.

We are incredibly grateful to our volunteers for their time, energy, and commitment to our school. Thank you for helping make Literacy Week such a success!

We are thrilled to announce that our Title I Literacy Night has been scheduled to coincide with the Read, White, & Blue Literacy week celebration. We invite all families to join us on Thursday, January 29th, from 5:00–6:00 PM in the cafeteria. This will be a wonderful opportunity to learn more about supporting literacy at home and to celebrate reading together as a school community.

We hope to see all parents and families there as we come together to celebrate literacy!
