We’re holding an interest meeting for the Girls Competitive Weightlifting Team — where you’ll train the big three: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Bench Press
This isn’t just lifting weights… this is Florida High School competitive weightlifting. Represent Buchholz on the platform against the best teams in the state. And the best part: we’re going after the District Championship this year — and we want YOU on the platform with us when we take that title!
Interest meeting will be on Wednesday August 19th at 3PM in the weightroom!

Bobcat Track and Field sprinters will start preseason conditioning and training Monday, August 24th at 4:15pm. The first team time trial will be Thursday, September 24th.

Teaching 11th and 12th grade English, Ms. Zaldivar is a true team player who is always willing to step outside of her comfort zone to help others. She cares deeply about her students and leads with kindness, which is why her students speak so highly of her. She is also a wonderful coworker who is constantly showing kindness to others through thoughtful random acts of kindness and finding ways to brighten her colleagues’ days. 💛🖤 Thank you, Ms. Zaldivar, for being an incredible teacher, teammate, and Bobcat! Congratulations to the Buchholz Academy of Finance! 14 AOF students attended FBLA National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, Texas over the summer. Senior Simon D. brought home an award for 6th place in Agribusiness. Way to go, Bobcats!
