Idylwild Elementary

Our Kindergarten Celebration (June 1 @ 8:15 am) and 5th Grade Graduation (May 29 @ 8:15am) are just around the corner! We are excited to celebrate our Eagles’ success and all they have accomplished this school year.

To help make the check-in process as smooth as possible, please review the important reminders below:

All guests must sign in through the front office and have a valid ID scanned through Raptor before entering the event.

Due to space limitations, 5th grade students may have up to 3 guests and Kindergarten students may have up to 2 guests. Fifth grade students are allowed one additional guest because the class size is significantly smaller than Kindergarten.

Families are encouraged to pre-check in before the event. Pre check in opens Wednesday, May 20th. To pre-check in, guests may come to the front office, scan their ID, sign the guest form, and have their visitor tag pre-printed for pick up on the morning of the event. This will help prevent long lines on the day of the celebration.

On the morning of the event, pre-printed visitor tags will be available for immediate pick up once you arrive on campus. All guests will enter through the cafeteria side doors.

Please remember: No guest will be allowed to enter the cafeteria without a printed visitor tag.
