It’s a great day to be a Newberry Panther! 🐾
Here are the announcements for Tuesday, May 26th:

REMINDER: For the safety and security of everyone on campus, please DO NOT open the entrance gate for anyone, even if you think you may know them. Students and visitors MUST ONLY be let into our campus by staff in the NHS Front Office. If you are asked to open the gate, please let them know that they must ring the bell to be buzzed in.

Semester Exams will continue tomorrow with 2nd period and 5th period testing. EVERY CLASS will administer a semester exam, so make sure to be prepared and on time. Make sure to go directly to your 2nd period class when the bell rings. Your lunch period will be determined by your 5th period teacher tomorrow.

UPDATE: Panthers, just a reminder that backpacks are NOT allowed on campus through the last day of school, Tuesday (June 2nd).

There will be an Environmental Science Club meeting after school tomorrow in Mrs. Spina's room beginning at 3:00 pm for any students who may be interested in joining. We will be planning for next school year!

Color guard tryouts will be held after school on Friday (May 29th) in the NHS Band Room from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm. See Mr. DeRemer if you have any questions.

We still have a few yearbooks for sale. If you are interested, see Mrs. Treese in her classroom before school or during Lunch B. The cost is $65 (exact cash).

ACPS is continuing its Beyond the Bell program, offering virtual after-school counseling and academic advising to help boost academic achievement and emotional wellness for students. For more information, visit: www.sbac.edu/BeyondTheBell.

We are committed to the success of ALL our students! Panthers, please remember the Panther Way to Success:
